Kate relies on her background in social work to inform her work with children & families involved with the legal system. She is passionate about using a holistic approach when working with people that acknowledges & appreciates the numerous dynamics that accompany life changes, especially when those changes affect your family.

We do this work to serve our community, empower children, and support families. We share a significant portion of our earnings with our affiliate nonprofit, The Gordon Foundation for Kids, also founded by Kate, our founder & principal attorney,.
Flynn Gordon is a member of the Chicago Bar Foundation's Justice Entrepreneur's Project (JEP). JEP is a small business incubator assisting socially conscious law firms build their practice, with the agreement that member firms will serve low and moderate income populations with alternative fee arrangements, in the interest of making the legal system, and justice, accessible to all.
